Late Workout

Got home from teaching, ate dinner, and got to the workout around 10:15 PM. Frankly, I didn't want to workout, but I told myself this dvd is brief, and just bang it out.

Now I'm glad I did. I feel less tense and enough energy to get a few things washed in the kitchen before vegging out to watch TV. Also glad I put on a heart rate monitor. I was curious to see what it would clock because this feels easy and fast. Turned out to be pretty decent on the monitor. Used 3 lb weights and they felt light.
